Return and refund policy

1. If you are not satisfied with services and products you can cancel your order or return merchandise asking for a replacement/refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

2. Before you send any items to Chronotiempo, please contact us with your order number and we will provide you with instruction about the process All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number RMA#. A watch returned without authorization will be refused. .

3. Do not have watch bracelet sized / links removed. All products must be returned with original packaging, manuals, protective tapes, tags, manuals, warranty cards and accessories. Products must be sent back within 14 days after contacting us. All returns will be tested. In some cases return for refund found to be non-defective, may result in a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping for all non defective products. Any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence is not eligible for warranty replacement.

4. Watches must be returned to us in brand new condition with all protective plastics/tapes, tags and accessories intact. Do not wear the watch until you are positive you will be keeping the watch. It is almost impossible for a watch to be worn, even for a short period of time, and for the watch not to be blemished or scratched in any way.

6. Refund requests are resolved within 14 days after receiving the product. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.

7. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

8. Returns must be shipped via traceable couriers: UPS, FedEx or USPS. Return shipments must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by
